Dylan Huan (Chinese: Dylan 宣'/, January 7th 2004 - July 4th 2058) was an American politician, internet activist, and software engineer. He was the first Consult of the Island of California and the last governor of California. He led to the establishment of the Island of California itself. He also contributed to the development of the DOGENET and was the first to theorize its strategic importance in the early '40.
